I remember watching him on the tv every Monday/Friday night! One of my favorite wrestlers of all time.

Real legend! Cool to see him and his son share sneaker love. Also nice to see he got the Jordan 4 Thunder I have, too. Batista is one of the coolest and most chill guys I ever met. Back in 2006 I had the pleasure to meet and interview him during a WWE press date, promoting the WWE tour here in Germany. At that time he was out because of an injury. I remember that he had such a heavy jetlag and joked how he shared the same flight from New York to Frankfurt with Rikishi Fatu (who was booked in Switzerland) and that Rikishi talked the entire flight, while Dave was just f'n tired. Funny thing about Batista is that the laughing he does as Drax is him in real life - once having a good time he laughs almost all the time. Fun and cool dude!

I bet it was a real honor meeting a legendary person. I grew up watching him and how much he’s done and still going at it, The grind don’t stop 🙌

Is it just me or is nobody at cool kicks like a real sneakerhead as it pertains to staying in the know with drops, names, stories behind certain shoes. Almost every video I see somebody not know the name or story of a shoe they just say this is a newer release. Often times the name and story is what sells a shoe.
